FanWide ( https://www.FanWide.com) is a social network and data company that organizes viewing parties and provides fan data for teams nationwide. Teams can use the FanWide app, website or have FanWide’s technology built into their own app to organize viewing parties across the country.

How can professional and college sports teams work with FanWide?

FanWide’s services help fan clubs from college and pro teams grow and manage their network seamlessly. We enable you to host, organize and promote more events effortlessly to take fan engagement and entertainment to the next level! Our FanWide Sports Data Platform helps teams learn about their fans and better understand their consumer preferences. Our technology also offers insights on how to engage them through different channels, including mobile, web, email and social media.

What are the benefits of partnering with FanWide?

Pro teams can partner with FanWide in a few different ways. Teams can partner with FanWide to help organize official team viewing parties nationwide or to collect data about their fans. We also offer white label partnerships that integrate our technology and services into a team’s current digital offering.

FanWide is available throughout the United States and can help teams reach their fans across the nation, no matter where they are located.

Is there a cost?

FanWide is free for fans to join the platform and we promote watch parties across the country based on the data we’ve collected. If your team is interested in collaborative options like white labeling or coordinating specific regional watch parties with Event Extras (raffles, prizes, retired player appearances, etc.), we can work on a paid-for custom package that suit your needs.

What are the next steps?

Teams interested in pursuing a partnership should send inquiries to Teams@FanWide.com. FanWide will work with clubs and teams individually to develop services and offerings.

What are the requirements for teams to join FanWide?

To simply join FanWide and promote events, your sport must be supported and available on the FanWide platform. However, for long-term, custom collaborations, we can integrate additional leagues and sports for a cost. Please view our Terms of Service for more information.

How does FanWide help grow a network of fans?

FanWide helps grow a team’s fan network through a variety of means. We promote existing viewing parties for free through our app. Through our Event Extras and custom event offerings we can collaborate with teams to help current fans have a more enjoyable experience at official team watch parties and attract new fans to an attend these events. Lastly, the data that we gain from our app can be a very useful tool for teams and provide them with valuable insights about regional fan preferences, as well as spending patterns and other consumer insights that can be used in fan acquisition.

How does FanWide increase fan engagement?

FanWide can offer teams a unique viewing experience unlike any other that fosters increased fan engagement. FanWide will develop communities of fans in new areas on behalf of teams, find strategic venues that meet the team’s requirements, organize logistics and communicate between all parties. FanWide will also help manage any events with on-site staff to help ensure attendees have an experience that is in line with each team’s expectations.

How does FanWide organize viewing parties?

FanWide organizes viewing parties by working to understand the needs of a fanbase in a particular market, and connecting with local venues (bars and restaurants) in the FanWide network to serve these groups of fans via our mobile app and service. In addition to marketing and promoting events, FanWide makes sure to find venues in a logical location for these fans, and that the venue meets standard requirements and staffing needs to ensure all events go according to plan.

How does FanWide integrate with our mobile app?

FanWide offers a white label partnership with professional sports teams that can be built into the team’s existing app. Pricing varies depending on the level of integration, customization and SLAs. For more information about mobile app integration email Teams@FanWide.com.

What data and analytics are provided?

FanWide provides data and analytics that are key to sports teams seeking to understand fans and influence them to be more engaging and active in supporting their favorite teams. FanWide’s data reporting provides key benefits to teams like knowing the location and distribution of fans, the frequency with which fans attend events, distance traveled to events, spending patterns and other useful consumer preferences.

How can we access FanWide’s network of fans?

FanWide promotes team events for free to our user base and fans in our network. In the case of more in-depth partnerships including white label options, the partnership is highlighted and marketed to our fans and users, and notable local and national media can be made aware of the partnership to drive awareness.

Which languages does FanWide support?

FanWide supports English only. We are planning to expand our support of other languages soon.

When are the events announced on FanWide?

FanWide events are typically created at least two days before the event begins. Every Tuesday we announce FanWide events for the week beginning on the following Monday. We are also able to build custom viewing events for teams based on their preferences, which is subject to additional service charge.

What if my team already has a venue, but want to find another?

FanWide can help find another venue or venues that meets the team’s strategic goals. For example, if you need another location in a region adjacent to a current watch party, FanWide can help find additional locations to meet every fan's geographical needs in that region. We are also a great service for adding viewing party locations in new regions a team does not currently have one in.

If a team is unsatisfied with a viewing location in a city, we can work to understand pain points from the previous venue (I.e. parking, location, poor service, etc.), and find a venue that is more suitable to an organization’s wants and needs.
